CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE INCLUDED IN SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS, WORKS & SERVICES FOR 2025/2026-2027/2028
Roma College of Nursing invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested qualified and reputable Suppliers and Service Providers for consideration and inclusion in the College Suppliers database for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services.

The eligibility for pre-qualification will be based on the submission of the following information but not limited to:
- Company Profile including IDs and CVs of core personnel, Background, date of establishment and physical location.
- Company Registration Documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Traders’ License, Tax Clearance, Bank Account Confirmation, VAT Registration Certificate if applicable)
- Updated Minimum of three (3) contactable references in the form of a “REFERENCE LETTER” from previous clients offered similar goods/services
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the field and at least updated financial statements for the year ending 2024/25 or recent one-year financial report.
- Provision of both Technical and Financial Proposals where applicable.
NB: After completion of the supplier registration process, due diligence will be conducted where thorough verification will be performed leading to qualified service provider being added to the database in the relevant category.
Submissions must be delivered by 12th September 2025 at 12.00 noon to Roma College of Nursing Reception, Roma or procurement@rcn.org.ls
Roma College of Nursing reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the requirements or is submitted after the closing date. This is not a tender but a call for inclusion in the College Suppliers Database.
